(Oral) According to learned counsel for the respondent, petitioner has been allowed to join on the post of GD to which he was eligible. Only grievance of the petitioner is that his consequential benefits have not been paid.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the case of the petitioner for payment of consequential benefits shall be considered expeditiously, in any case, not later than two weeks. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition.

Rule discharged.
