The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to issue passport.

Concededly, the petitioner has applied for passport to the Regional Passport Office at Shimla. This Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present petition. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction.
