(Oral) On the last date of hearing, it was brought to the notice of the Court that out of ` 1,11,00,000/-, ` 70,00,000/- had already been credited to the account of the petitioner and the remaining amount ` 41,00,000/- was still to be credited.

Today, leaned counsel for the State submitted that total amount of ` 40,42,717 has been deposited on 16.11.2018 in the account of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the order having been complied with, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding with the contempt petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.
