1. The petitioners seek grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 151 dated 26.10.2021 under Sections 420, 406 IPC at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa.

2. The FIR was lodged at the instance of Jarnail Singh wherein it is alleged that he retired from BSF and that on 26.10.2021, he had gone to the bank and had withdrawn an amount of ` 1,44,000/-. It is alleged that as soon as he came out of the bank, two young boys met him and duped him of the amount of `1,44,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter has since been compromised amongst the parties and infact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed. KAMAL KUMAR 2022.03.08 14:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

4. At this stage, Ms. Kannupriya, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed photocopy of power of attorney, which is taken on record with a direction to the counsel for the complainant to file original power of attorney in the Registry.

5. The learned counsel for the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has expressed that the complainant has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6.
