ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondents has referred to the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in LPA No.1526 of 2017, vide which it was observed that counsel for the writ petitioners have submitted that they will not press the civil miscellaneous and contempt petition during the pendency of the writ petitions.

Admittedly, the writ petition has not been decided so far. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
