(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.178 dated 29.11.2020, registered under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149, 427 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on), at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 07.01.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ravinder Pal, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.01.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.04.21 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
