*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed an additional affidavit of General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Chandigarh in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that earlier the petitioner was granted subsistence allowance @ 50% even after expiry of period of six months whereas he was entitled for 75%. Remaining amount of 25% has also been paid as mentioned in para No.4 of the additional affidavit. Copy of receipt as well as amended order is also annexed with the additional affidavit and the same has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
