At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition. It is submitted that the parties have effected a settlement and accordingly, have filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking decree of divorce dissolving the marriage by mutual consent. Despite service, no one has appeared on behalf of the respondent.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
