ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) In view of the affidavit filed by the Secretary, Punjab State Social Welfare Board, it is stated that except petitioners No.4, 6, 8 and 12, the other petitioners have already been granted the necessary pension and the payment is also released to them. The reason given qua the four petitioners is that they were never absolved by the respondents and a reference is made to an order dated 28.07.2016 passed in CWP No.9497 of 2014. Accordingly, finding that there is no willful disobedience of the order, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
