This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 20.11.2023, Annexure P-2, to the extent that Child Care Leave (CCL) has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 10.2.2024 to 29.4.2024 for eighty days, instead of one hundred thirty five days as sought by her from 2.1.2024 to 15.5.2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case her representation dated 11.12.2023, Annexure P-3, is considered by the respondents for advancing the date of CCL to any date prior to 24.1.2024, when her daughter's IIT (JEE) Main Exams are scheduled.
