The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.09.2016 passed by this Court in CWP-20516-2016, whereby respondents were directed to take final decision as to whether or not the petitioners' land was to be acquired. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 30.09.2016 passed by this Court in CWP-20516-2016, comprehensive compliance affidavit dated 01.12.2025 of Gundeep Bansal, Executive Engineer, Project and R.M. Division, along with speaking orders dated 20.11.2017 (Annexure R-1) and copy of notices (Annexure R-2), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same is taken on record.
