*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by this Court on 07.01.2016 in CWP No.42 of 2016 has been complied with as the mutation has been entered into the name of the petitioner on 30.11.2016. The symbolic possession has also been handed over to him. The petitioner himself is satisfied with the order. The actual possession of the land will be handed over after harvesting of the crop.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
