Mr. Deepam Raghava, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner, who was working as Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer, was relieved from service vide order dated 21.02.2019 on account of transfer of one Rekha Bai, Assistant Professor of Physics. He along with others filed CWP No.4928 of 2019 assailing the said order. The petition was disposed of vide order dated 25.02.2019 with a direction that if the petitioner has been relieved, he be taken back in service immediately. It was also directed that if a new regular candidate joins, the petitioner could be relieved on the basis of "Last come, First go". It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was taken back in service on 07.03.2019.

As the petitioner has admittedly been taken back in service in compliance of the order, no contempt is made out against the respondent. Disposed of as such.
