*** RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) This appeal has been filed against judgment dated 02.03.2020 passed by the Learned Single Bench in CWP No.29967 of 2018, which was dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 20.02.2020 passed in CWP No.1426 of 2020 titled as Mahabir Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the judgment dated 20.02.2020 passed in CWP No.1426 of 2020 has been challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.255 of 2021 which was dismissed vide judgment dated 04.03.2021. Accordingly, the present appeal is also dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 04.03.2021 passed in LPA No.255 of 2021. All the pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
