Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the legal notice of the petitioners was pending and direction was issued to take decision on the legal notice. Reply of the legal notice has been sent to the counsel for the petitioners. One of the petitioners was also Member Director and he was also present in the meeting when the decision was taken. Since the decision has been taken and reply to the legal notice has been given, nothing survives in the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
