Grievance of the petitioner is that no speaking order has been passed pursuant to order dated 23.12.2016 passed by writ court. Another representation dated 15.01.2017 (Annexure P-3) has been moved before the concerned officer. This court feels that another opportunity needs to be granted to the concerned officer to decide the representation and to purge the contempt. He may take a decision on the representation within one month from today. In case needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. In that eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall not be less than `50,000/-. Same shall be deductible from the salary of the officers responsible for noncompliance/delay. Disposed of.
