In view of the separate order passed today in CP No.94 of 2004, in the matter of M/s Electronic System Punjab Limited, whereby the recommendations of the BIFR for winding up of the respondent-company have been accepted and the company has been ordered to be wound up, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with the liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case the respondent-Company comes out of winding up.
