**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to transfer the investigation in case FIR No. 99 dated 26.8.2019 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda to some other district. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is the mother of accused Suresh Kumar, is seeking transfer of the present FIR on the ground that respondent No. 5-Hardial Singh is her immediate neighbour and her son was involved with the daughter of respondent No. 5 and they want to perform marriage but respondent No. 5 wants to perform marriage of his daughter with some other person.

Learned counsel further submits that Suresh Kumar-son of the petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction on 5.3.2019 restraining respondent No. 5 (defendant No. 1) from threatening him whereas the present FIR has been registered on GURPREET SINGH 2020.02.24 11:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh 26.8.2019.

CRM-M No. 607 of 2020 -2were recovered from the room of Suresh Kumar, was planted by the girls who had come to her house for taking the room on rent and this fact is supported by the call details (Annexure P-2) of Suresh Kumar. Notice in this case is not being issued as this would further delay the trial.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda-respondent No. 2 by moving an appropriate application. If such an application is moved, SSP, Bathindarespondent No. 2 is directed to look into the matter so that no injustice can be done to either of the parties.
