(ORAL) Petition herein, under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the Appointment order dated 04.01.2022 (Annexure P-12) and Advertisement dated 25.08.2021 (Annexure P-6) being against the provisions of Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuant to the advertisement dated 25.08.2021 (Annexure P-6), she had applied for the post of Member in District Consumer Forum in the State of Haryana but was not called for interview held on 04/05.12.2021.

On advance service of copy of the petition, learned State counsel appears and submits that the interviews have already been conducted and the candidates have been selected.
