As directed vide order dated 10.01.2022, the report is as under:

There are two accused arrayed in the DDR namely Baldev Singh and Amandeep Kaur No accused has been declared proclaimed offender in this case.

Compromise has been effected between the parties is genuine, voluntary and out of free will.

Accused persons are not involved in any other FIR or DDR as stated by S1 Jasvir Singh.

As per the statement of SI Jasvir Singh there is only one complainant namely Dharminder Singh in present DDR. Report is submitted for perusal.
