*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Rohtak on bahalf of respondents in the Court and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court on 08.01.2014 in CWP No.l3390 of 2011, the period from 19.01.2007 to 07.06.2011 has already been treated as half pay leave, leave without pay and extraordinary leave and that period has been sanctioned as period spent on duty for all intents and purposes. The details have also been given in Annexure R-1 annexed with affidavit dated 21.04.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the petitioner has died and amount has not been released so far. The necessary payment, which is due to the deceased-husband Neetu Rani 2017.05.02 11:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

COCP No.2202 of 2014 of the petitioner be released to his L.Rs. within a period of two months and in case, the amount is not released to the petitioner or other L.Rs., the petitioner is at liberty to move application for revival of the contempt petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
