Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondent no. 3 to decide the appeal stated to be pending before him as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

Allegation of the petitioner is that despite clear direction given by the writ court, appeal has not been decided by the respondent. Another opportunity is granted to purge the contempt. Needful be done within two months failing which petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this petition. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall be deductible from the salary of the officer(s) responsible for delay. Disposed of.
