NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) CM-16693-CII-2017 Application for exemption is allowed as prayed for. COCP-2157-2017 The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.02.2012 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioner.

Reply is filed. As per the reply, the application/representation of the petitioner has been decided by way of passing speaking orders dated 15.11.2017 and 28.02.2018, Annexures R-1 and R-2, vide which claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the above, the contempt is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. However, if still aggrieved, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the orders Annexures R-1 and R-2 in accordance with law. March 26, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
