In light of the statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 5, the impugned order dated 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-16) is set aside with liberty to the competent authority/Appellate Authority to pass a fresh order on the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
