Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 26.04.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to take notice of pending representations made by the petitioners. In case, the complaint of the petitioner discloses commission of some cognizable offence, then respondent no. 3 can be directed to take action in accordance with law. If the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence, then the petitioner can be informed as per parameters laid down in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. (2014) 2 SCC (1)." Learned State counsel submits that needful shall be done expeditiously and a speaking order shall be passed, in any case not later than one month.
