ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.71 dated 08.07.2021 registered under Sections 307, 323, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The situation was not different even on the last 02 dates of hearing. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh petition, if the parties still acknowledge the factum of compromise.
