NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above captioned contempt petitions as the point in issue involved in both the cases is common in nature.

The contempt petitions are filed for non-compliance of the order dated 28.10.2013. It is evident that the petitioners have since been reinstated and back wages too have been paid. The argument that the said back wages were not paid in time, therefore, they are entitled to interest, does not, in any way, amount to contempt as there is no direction to pay interest.
