(Oral) In compliance of order dated 27.01.2023, learned State counsel has filed a reply dated 18.04.2023, by way of an affidavit of Mr. Ramesh Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, City-II, Sonipat on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. The same is taken on record. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the matter has been compromised between the parties, though the counsel for the petitioner does not have any written document qua the same.

Nonetheless, on the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
