Learned State counsel submits that as the inquiry has been completed, State intends to take action against those found guilty in the inquiry report.

In view of clear stand taken before this court, it feels that no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of. Rule is discharged.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
