As per the Office report, service is complete. However, there is no representation on behalf of respondents No. 4 to 12. Through this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 12. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Mota Singh, submits that on 10.11.2022, statement of petitioner No.1 was recorded by ASI Gurdev Singh, wherein she has stated that now there is no threat to her life and liberty.

Since, petitioner No.1 is satisfied that now there is no threat to her life and liberty and got recorded her statement to that effect, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
