Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 19.09.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch; as well as the order dated 06.12.2023 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Faridabad, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against his removal order (Annexure P-3) has also been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the elections for Sarpanch already stands conducted. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
