Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, District Gurugram to look into the matter and to get the representation dated 27.9.2023 (Annexure P-2) examined qua the alleged threat perception of the petitioner as well as of her son.
