Counsel for the respondents has placed on record the order dated 02.04.2019 passed in CWP Nos.17026 and 17269 of 2018, to submit that the main petition has already been decided and therefore, this petition, which is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 17.07.2018, may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
