RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount of gratuity has been paid, but the component of interest is yet to be paid to the petitioners.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. In case representation is made by the petitioners for payment of interest, which is to be calculated, the same shall be decided by the respondent within three months of its receipt by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Rule discharged.
