Present appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, dismissing the anticipatory bail petition filed by the appellant in case FIR No.718, dated 25.08.2023, under Sections 109, 323, 506 IPC, and Sections 3(1) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989, registered at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar. 2.
