*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and he has been granted the pay-scale, which has been given to other Teachers whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that juniors to the petitioner are getting higher pay scale. Since only direction was there to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of pay-scale as admissible to the Teachers, who have been regularly recruited to the post and the same has been granted, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Nothing has been mentioned in the order as to whether the petitioner is entitled for pay-scale, which has been granted to other similarly situated persons, who are juniors to him.
