***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Stand of the respondent-State is that the entire arrears in respect of difference of pay, gratuity, leave encashment, etc. have been paid to the petitioner. Costs imposed by the court have also been remitted. In view of the stand taken by the respondent-State, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any grouse subsists. In such eventuality, affidavit of the petitioner shall be filed giving reasons for seeking revival.
