Before issuance of notice in this case, a copy of the petition was handed-over to State counsel to seek his assistance. He has today filed status report by way of affidavit of Kuldeep Singh, Superintendent of Police, Mewat at Nuh. Referring to same, he submits that representation preferred by petitioner has been disposed of by a speaking order. Copy whereof is Annexure R-1.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any.
