***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record additional affidavit of Kumar Amit, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, District Patiala, on behalf of respondent No.1. Prayer is accepted. Same is taken on record. He has referred to Para 02 thereof, which reads as under:- "2. That in compliance to the order dated 29.08.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP-13982 of 2016, demarcation was conducted with the help of E.T.S. on 05.05.2017. Copy of the demarcation report alongwith attendance list is attached herewith as Annexure R-1."

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged.
