Mr.RK Doon,AAG Haryana for respondent Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioners are working as Drawing Teachers in different Schools being run by Education Department,Haryana. They filed CWP 17420/2015 inter alia seeking a direction to respondent Department to promote them from C&V Cadre to TGT Cadre. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 21.8.2015(P-1) with a direction to respondent-State of Haryana therein to dispose of petitioners' representation dated 14.4.2015 made in this regard by passing a speaking order preferably within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the said order.

Alleging disobedience present contempt has been filed. Notice of motion was issued vide order dated 31.3.2016. At the time of hearing today, counsel for both sides are agreed that the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
