Learned State counsel submits that claim of the petitioners has been considered and speaking orders annexures R1 to R3 have been passed in this case. According to him, no cause of action now survives in this petition.
In view of above, present petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
However, punitive costs of `25,000/- for inordinate delay in complying with the order shall be remitted to Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
