CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR JAIN
Present:
Mr. Shiv Charan, Advocate for the petitioners. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) C.M.No.14831-CII of 2016 Application is allowed as prayed for.
COCP No.2277 of 2015 This petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 11.9.2012 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in which it has been ordered that "in case an appeal is filed, within one week, parties shall maintain status quo for one week".
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the appeal was filed within the stipulated time but now the property has been put to auction. He has failed to show as to whether any stay was granted by Appellate Authority, after expiry of one week of status quo order passed by this Court.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any reason to interfere. Dismissed.
