As noticed in the order dated 29.05.2019, since the paper book of the case was not available with the Registry, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State had prayed for time to trace out the record. 2.

Time and again the matter was adjourned for the aforesaid purpose, but neither was the needful done nor anyone caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner on a number of occasions.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present revision petition for want of prosecution, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.
