(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Shashi, Law Officer, office of DPI (SE) Punjab, submits that the Secretary Education, Punjab, would consider the matter in light of orders dated October 30th, 2018 and September 13, 2018 (passed in connected case i.e. CWP-15922-2017) within six weeks and take necessary steps. In case, any adverse decision is taken, same shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith. The information received by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act has been handed over to learned State counsel. He submits that the same shall also be looked into. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by the State counsel.

Petition is, thus, disposed of.
