In compliance of the order dated 16.1.2023, status report by way of affidavit of Anil Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Ambala Cantt. has been filed. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
