Pursuant to order dated 08.1.2016, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has been allowed to work on the post of Tubewell Operator as a temporary employee. He has also been paid arrears of the salary.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
