The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to consider him for family pension.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been released pension w.e.f. 08.07.2022, thus the present petition has rendered infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid statement.
