Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Pursuant to order dated 10.3.2017, Satish Patil, Assistant Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh is present in court alongwith record. Learned counsel for the respondent has referred to same and submits that order dated 21.10.2015 has already been clarified. According to him, no cause of action survives in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, if any grouse subsits.
