ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 08.05.2018 vide which a direction was issued to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. the date their juniors were regularized and arrears of salary along with 6% per annum was released. Counsel for the State has placed on record the order dated 23.11.2021 wherein it has been observed that the services of the petitioners have been regularized w.e.f. 05.03.2015 i.e. the date when the services of their juniors, as mentioned in the order, were regularized.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
