Petitioner, while working as TGT in Government Senior Secondary School(Boys)Manesar,Gurgaon submitted her technical resignation dated 13.3.2012 to enable her to contest election for Municipal Corporation of Delhi, as independent candidate with the condition that on her losing the election she would join back. Petitioner lost election and thereafter on 19.4.2012 moved an application dated 19.4.2012 for withdrawal of her resignation. Since she was not permitted to join back, she filed CWP 11387/2012. The said writ petition was allowed vide order dated 10.3.2015 and she was permitted to join the service back as TGT at the last place of her posting. Now alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.

Upon notice, compliance report by way of an affidavit 10.10.2016 of Sh.RS Kharb,Director, Elementary Education, Haryana has been filed stating therein that in compliance of the order dated Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.05.01 18:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 2345/2016 10.3.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has been taken back in service vide order dated 6.10.2016(R-1).

In view of the compliance report, it is apparent that the instant contempt petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
